Suncorp recently conducted a review of the pay and leave entitlements outlined in the Suncorp Group Enterprise Agreement 2011 and Suncorp Group Enterprise Agreement 2015, to ensure we are meeting our obligations to employees in Australia. This review identified errors which resulted in incorrect payments for some of our current and former employees.

This secure site provides you with access to information about the remediation program, as well as your review outcome and if you are eligible for a remediation payment. You also have access to support tools including the Your Questions Answered document, to help respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Suncorp has established a dedicated team to answer any queries. You can contact the Remediation Query Management team via the messages function in this site once you complete the registration process.

Please complete the registration process to obtain your review outcome and confirm your eligibility for a remediation payment. If you are currently employed by Suncorp, please complete the registration process using your Suncorp email address.

If you are no longer employed by Suncorp, please complete the registration process using the personal email address you registered in OPS (Our People Space). If you no longer have access to or control of this personal email address, or can’t recall it, register with your current personal email address and follow the on screen prompts to provide the dedicated team with some additional information to confirm your identity.
